What does an AI automation agency do?

It builds AI systems that take over real work inside a business: answering calls, qualifying leads, moving data between tools, drafting documents. SigmaFlowAI designs, builds, and maintains these systems end to end, from strategy to the code that runs in production.

How much does AI automation cost in Portugal?

It depends on scope. Our audits have a fixed price of 300 to 500 EUR, confirmed upfront. Project work is priced after a diagnosis, so you know the scope and the number before anything starts. The free diagnostic is the fastest way to get a first estimate.

How long does an AI automation project take?

An audit takes about a week. A focused automation usually takes a few weeks. Larger systems, like voice agents or full internal tools, run longer and are scoped in phases so you see working results early.

Do you only work with large companies?

No. Most of our work is with small and medium businesses in Portugal and remote clients across Europe. If repetitive work is eating your team's hours, the size of the company matters less than the size of the waste.
